The MHS Bulldogs were crowned State A BB Champions on Saturday night in the Sioux Falls Arena.

Friday night’s game was a real nail-biter, but the Bulldogs again prevailed in the end. Here are a few images from the game.

Elijah picking out pictures this morning
Mike and Amy from Pierre brought Elijah for his 9 month pictures this morning. Elijah was wonderful to work with. He’s just about ready to take off walking on his own.
Elijah was really into looking at himself on the screen. Every time Dad tried to sit down Elijah would throw a fit. Bring Elijah close to the screen and he would laugh and giggle.
Mom and Dad are going to be thrilled when they get their pictures.
Happy Birthday, Kyra!
Kyra came to visit last week to get ready for her birthday. It seems like yesterday that we did her mommy and daddy’s wedding and now here’s Kyra on the move. Not quite walking yet, but she will be tomorrow! And who could resist that adorable little smile, and big dark eyes.
She dressed up in her mommy Kindra’s little one-year old dress, but she really got excited when she found the green tractor just like daddy Russell’s.

$95.50 to United Way –Weigh 2 Go!
Sorry, it’s been so long since I’ve updated the fitness challenge. Our team lost a total of 95.5 lbs; On average about 5.5 lbs per person. Weigh 2 Go! We appreciated everyone’s help, and yes, Mike’s pockets are a little lighter. We both lost about 12 lbs, and we had a great time. Members of our team should have received your free family session gift certificates in the mail. We can’t wait to see you and see how well your fitness goals are working for you. Keep up the great work and pray for sunshine, so we can all get outside and get active.
Of course, our fitness goals are just starting and we have begun to think about the triathalon in april and perhaps a biking trip later in the summer. If you have any great ideas for fitness challenges, let us know, because we’re always looking ahead.
MHS vs SF Christian: Bulldogs are State A bound!
Great game tonight at the Elmen Center. Madison fans filled one side and spilled over to the ends. Unless you arrived early, it was a long walk from the car.
